Outlook email address still shows as cdcgroup.com

Outlook contacts are refreshed every 24hrs. Please check your account details in 24hrs if you don't notice the change to your address.

Note: During this period emails will continue to work and you'll be able to send and receive to the same mailbox.

Outlook web access - Something went wrong.


You may notice the below error when accessing Outlook web via Office.com, this is due to delays in synchronization. It may take a few hours for Outlook to recognize changes. Please be patient and give 24 to 48 hours for the app to auto resolve. During this period the Outlook desktop application can still be used.


If the issue doesn’t resolve in this time period, please contact the helpdesk.
