Work or School account error

On April 4th you will be expected to login with your new username and old password via the Office.com.

If you notice a “Work or school account problem” Click on the notification, and you will receive a prompt to sign in again using your new username and old password.

We do not expect many issues during the login process however due to changes to the OneDrive URL we anticipate some delayed synchronizations to user profiles.

Once you login you may notice a missing profile picture in the portal suite bar (top right hand side) :

This may take some time to surface, to resolve please sign out and sign back in to your account.
