Still not working? If you have carefully followed the instructions above and are still experiencing an issue, please try the following:
Sign in prompts repeatedly appear?
Uninstall the affected app (e.g. Teams or Outlook) and then re-install it from the Company Portal app.
iPhones - Tap & hold the icon for the app and select Remove App from the menu that appears.
Android - Tap & hold the icon for the app and select App Info. Tap uninstall on the next page.
Then open the Company Portal app (logon if prompted) and tap the Apps tab (bottom left).
Then find and tap on the app which you removed and tap install or reinstall.
