Microsoft Authenticator app (Use Verification code method)
You will still find the dcgroup.com account still appears in the Authenticator app. The new Bii username may take some days to reflect on your app.
Although the notification might not be received the verification code will continue to work.
The old username can be manually removed from the authenticator app once the new one is added.

4. Click on 'Save'.
5. Click on 'Verify preferred option' on the next window.
6. Enter the verification code from your authenticator app corresponding to the account.
7. Click on 'Close'.
